- Capital Market Experience: Prior experience in the capital market is an advantage.

- Communication Skills: High-level written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of organizational processes.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and with others as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with excellent time-management abilities.
Responsibilities
